Leading Nation and Chef Vicky Lau have joined forces in an exclusive partnership to open “JĪJĀ,” a modern Chinese restaurant that will be operated independently by Leading Nation at Kimpton Hong Kong. With“JĪJĀ,” Chef Vicky Lau will present her first culinary concept bridging the worlds of bistros and tea houses, featuring lunch, afternoon tea sets, and dinner.

This relocation preserves the restaurant's steadfast commitment to safeguarding sushi traditions honed for generations, while the seasonal omakase menu continues to tell a compelling story of nature's fragile bounty. Through a careful balance of tradition and adaptation, Chef Hirofumi Chiba meticulously refines every nuance of taste and texture - from the hand-blended aged Hokkaido rice to the freshly grated wasabi. Even humble ingredients are given equal reverence in this thoughtful, immersive culinary journey.
