Pork Filling paired Pu’er, Shanghai classic crust with savory pork finds balance in earthy Pu’er, a hearty yet polished pairing that leaves the palate calm.

To enjoy the mooncakes, simply follow the instructions to heat them in the oven or air fryer. This will give you a flaky, crispy crust and a soft, molten filling.
食用時只需根照指示以焗爐或氣炸鍋翻熱，就可以享用酥皮口感鬆化、內餡鬆軟的蘇式月餅了！
Instructions for heating up the mooncakes 建議食用方法:
1. Oven 焗爐
Preheat the oven to 160°C for 3 minutes. Place the mooncakes in the oven and bake at 155°C for about 9 minutes.
將焗爐先以160°C預熱3分鐘，然後將月餅放入焗爐以155°C，翻熱約9分鐘，即可享用。
2. Air Fryer 氣炸鍋
Preheat the air fryer to 175°C for 3 minutes. Place the mooncakes in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 175°C for 8 minutes.
先將氣炸鍋以175°C預熱3分鐘，然後將月餅放入鍋內，以175°C焗8分鐘，即可享用。
(Recommend heating up a maximum of 2 mooncakes at a time 建議一次最多翻熱兩個月餅)
